-
Caring Contacts: A Brief Suicide Prevention Intervention that Shows You Matter and We See You.
Participants will learn how simple, consistent messages of care and connection—known as Caring Contacts—can reduce suicide risk. This session includes practical exercises to help attendees develop messages in their own voice and design programs for both clinical and community settings. What Comes After the Safety Plan?
This session explores how to support individuals beyond the immediate crisis. Attendees will learn about evidence-based treatments, family support strategies, social prescribing, and ways to help individuals build lives worth living—not just survive the next difficult moment.
